Draeger Anesthesia Units Service   2

Background
The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 20 requires maintenance and repair services for Draeger Anesthesia Units utilized at various VA facilities, including Puget Sound Healthcare System, Boise VA, Roseburg VA, Eugene VA, Mann-Grandstaff (Spokane) VA, and Portland VA. The goal of this contract is to ensure that these anesthesia units are maintained according to the manufacturer's specifications, as the Biomedical Departments lack the specialized tools and training necessary for such tasks.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, travel, equipment, parts, and supplies necessary for preventative maintenance services at specified frequencies as per manufacturer guidelines. Services include:
1. Maintenance of Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machines and other specified units across various locations.
2. Trace Gas Testing and Anesthetic Vaporizer inspections.
3. Repair services, calibrations, software updates as needed, and phone support.
4. Scheduled maintenance must be performed during non-patient care hours or when equipment is not in use.
5. All work must comply with manufacturer directives and specifications.
6. The contractor must have access to Draeger proprietary documentation for service and maintenance requirements.

Period of Performance
Base Period: 10/01/2025 - 09/30/2026; Options available for two additional years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed onsite at multiple locations including Mann-Grandstaff VA Medical Center in Spokane, Boise VA Medical Center, Eugene Health Care Clinic in Oregon, Roseburg VA Medical Center, Seattle Division of Puget Sound VAMC in Washington, and Portland VAMC.
