Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for Omnicell equipment and software across VISN 23 sites. This includes:
- Licensing, software, hardware, and mounting solutions necessary for operation.
- Labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, and components required for maintenance and repair.
- Testing and training services to ensure proper use and functionality of the systems.
- Technical support including both on-site assistance and remote support available 24/7.
- Project management services that encompass travel as needed to maintain equipment at various locations including Fort Meade, Hot Springs, Central Iowa, Fargo, Iowa City, Sioux Falls, and St. Cloud.

The Omnicell system features advanced robotics and integrated analytics aimed at improving efficiency and reducing errors in medication dispensing.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 1, 2026, following the expiration of the current contract on April 30, 2026. It is structured as a three-year fixed price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within VISN 23 Health Care Systems including Fort Meade (SD), Hot Springs (SD), Central Iowa (IA), Fargo (ND), Iowa City (IA), Sioux Falls (SD), and St. Cloud (MN).
