Background
The solicitation is for the maintenance, inspection, and semi-annual testing of ARJO Patient Ceiling Lift System, Maxi Sky 600 Model LD1001 at the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. The RFQ is set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). All Offerors must be verified SDVOSB at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ at the time of quote submission and at the time of award.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all labor, parts, material, and equipment necessary to inspect, test, maintain, repair, functional test, and load test the ARJO Patient Ceiling Lift Systems Maxi Sky 600 lift units. This includes inspection and testing semi-annually in the months of October and April. The services shall be provided for the base year and four option years. The contractor is also required to provide 16 hours of training annually to Nursing and Maintenance staff.
The technical quote should address all aspects of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and identify any subcontractors proposed under this solicitation.

Period of Performance
The base year starts from the date of award through 31 January 2024. There are four option years: Option Year 1: 1 February 2024 through 31 January 2025; Option Year 2: 1 February 2025 through 31 January 2026; Option Year 3: 1 February 2026 through 31 January 2027; Option Year 4: 1 February 2027 through 31 January 2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Hampton VA Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia.
