Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the AGFA PACS System, which is essential for the management and storage of medical imaging data. The goal of this contract is to provide licenses and services support for the AGFA Enterprise Imaging PACS System at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System, ensuring that the system remains operational and up-to-date to support healthcare delivery.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, materials, parts, and transportation necessary for maintenance and repair of the AGFA Enterprise Imaging PACS System. Services include:

- Annual planned maintenance
- Service maintenance
- Intervening services
- Software updates
- Technical support available 24/7
- Remote software support
- On-site repairs during normal business hours
- Integration support for software upgrades
- Troubleshooting.

The vendor must document all service calls with detailed reports submitted to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within 7 days. The contractor is responsible for maintaining a telephone emergency assistance number available 24/7. Service response times are categorized by severity levels (P1 to P4) with specified response times ranging from 1 hour to 24 hours based on incident priority. All replacement parts must meet or exceed original equipment manufacturer specifications and be disposed of according to facility policy when necessary.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2030, including a base year plus four option years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System located at 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix AZ 85012.
