Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
The prior contract history indicates a confirmed incumbent for this same Fujifilm Synapse Cardiology PACS service and licenses requirement at the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center, with Fujifilm Healthcare Americas as the awardee on both awards. Specifically, contract 36C25925P0065 ($91,672; 10/13/24–10/22/25) and contract 36C25926P0066 ($92,273; 10/24/25–10/23/26) cover “FUJIFILM SYNAPSE CARDIOLOGY PACS SERVICE AND LICENSES,” which appears to align closely with the current notice’s request for Synapse Cardiology PACS maintenance and software license support for a 12-month period.
