Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for maintenance services on the NXStage System One at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of the medical equipment used in patient care, aligning with the agency's mission to provide high-quality healthcare to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide maintenance services for the NXStage System One devices, including but not limited to:
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and operational standards.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on the equipment.
- Responding promptly to service requests and ensuring minimal downtime of medical equipment.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with options for two additional years extending through July 31, 2029.

Place of Performance
Department of Veterans Affairs, Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate technical capability to meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Additionally, if applicable, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs) must be VetCert verified at the time of quote submission and award.
Offerors are required to provide past performance references that are recent and relevant to demonstrate their ability to perform similar work.
