The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey and is seeking potential sources for Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center on NXStage System One Maintenance. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and shall not be construed as an obligation or commitment by the Government. An award will not be made on any offers submitted in response to this notice, and it shall not be implied the Government is committed to providing any solicitation or award following this notice. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this request, nor will the Government compensate a respondent for any costs incurred in developing the information provided. Responses shall be submitted to lynn.lim@va.gov by 4:00 pm MT, May 31, 2026. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified sources of supply and determine the socioeconomic size classification of the supplier and manufacturer of the end item. Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources for maintenance services on the NXStage System One at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.

This Sources Sought Notice aims to gather information for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the Government. The goal is to assess interest and capability among suppliers, as well as their socioeconomic classifications.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide labor, parts, supplies, and equipment necessary for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the NXStage System One equipment located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center.

Specific services include:
- Parts Replacement Coverage
- Software Upgrades/Revisions
- Annual Preventative Maintenance Coverage
- On-Site Service with Priority Response Level 1 (within one business day)
- Shipping Level 1: First Overnight for down systems; Priority Next Business-Day morning for non-down systems (by 10:30 AM MST)
- 24/7/365 Telephone Technical Support
- Remote System Diagnostics and Maintenance
- Corrective Maintenance Coverage.

The contractor must furnish all spare and replacement parts needed to service the equipment, with costs included in the coverage. All parts must be new standard parts from the manufacturer or equivalent. The contractor is also responsible for providing tools, service manuals, and diagnostic software necessary to meet performance requirements.

Base year: June 15, 2026 – June 14, 2027; Option year 1: June 15, 2027 – June 14, 2028; Option year 2: June 15, 2028 – June 14, 2029.
