Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20 VA NW Healthcare Network is seeking to establish a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System Equipment and Annual Services. This initiative aims to ensure compliance with various VA policies and directives regarding the monitoring of temperature and humidity for the storage of critical items such as food, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies across multiple facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

Work Details
The contractor will provide installation and configuration of hardware and software for a wireless temperature and humidity tracking solution. Specific tasks include:
1. Installation of hardware and software based on site-specific requirements.
2. Software must be compatible with VHA IT systems.
3. Training for VA staff during installation and go-live phases.
4. Continuous monitoring of ambient conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure differential).
5. Alerts for out-of-range values via email, text message, pop-up notifications, and alarms.
6. Annual NIST certification in compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
7. Help desk support from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including annual on-site visits by certified technicians for troubleshooting, training, calibration services, and NIST recertification.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this BPA is from February 15, 2025, to February 14, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations under VISN 20 including facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
