Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Program Contracting Activity – Central (PCAC) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit vendors for the purpose of technical knowledge and experience gained to meet the performance requirements of this effort. The Offeror shall demonstrate their overall understanding of the scope related to all tasks detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The procurement is for C CURE 9000 Maintenance and Service Support. The vendor sought will provide maintenance and technical support for its stand-alone Physical Access Control System (PACS). The vendor should provide 24X7 comprehensive on-line support, 24x7 dedicated telephone technical support with industry certified advanced level technicians, technical account manager services, and performance reporting. The procurement includes specific requirements for quote submittal. Failure to provide all required documentation will render the quote unacceptable.
