Annual Maintenance on Cameras, Microwave, and Alarm System

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for the Annual Maintenance on Cameras, Microwave Networks, and Alarm Systems for the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational integrity and reliability of security and communication systems critical to the healthcare facility's mission.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. **Microwave Network Maintenance**: This includes maintenance on existing microwave equipment such as antennas, modems, and ODU units. Annual preventive maintenance (PMI) of microwave network and VPN network switches and routers is required.
2. **Camera Security Network Maintenance**: Regular maintenance of the camera security network to ensure optimal performance.
3. **Alarm Security Network Maintenance**: Maintenance services for alarm systems to guarantee functionality and reliability.
Each service will be performed monthly over a specified contract period with options for renewal in subsequent years.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on March 1, 2025, and will run through February 28, 2026, with options to extend for additional years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073.
