Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this solicitation for Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS) Service and Maintenance for the VA St. Cloud Health Care System. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliability and functionality of UPS systems that support critical medical services such as MRI, X-ray, CT, and IT operations. This procurement is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) entities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all materials, labor, transportation, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The scope includes:

1. Annual inspection and preventative maintenance (PM) for UPS systems according to OEM specifications.
2. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including emergency repairs.
3. All parts and materials required for maintenance, including battery replacements as specified in the schedule.
