Description

Introduction Stratton VAMC s mission is to provide world class healthcare for veterans in the capital region and upstate New York. Background /Objective The Stratton VAMC, 113 Holland Ave Albany, NY 12208 is currently seeking a certified manufacturer s representative to perform annual UPS/Power conditioning preventive maintenance and semiannual battery preventive maintenance on (2) Emerson NPOWER 80KVA Installed in 2009 (batteries replaced in 2024) located in room D611 and (2) APC 20KW Installed in 2010/2013 located in room A26/27, UPS/power systems Place of Performance Stratton VAMC Albany NY, Building 1, Basement room A26/27 and 6th floor room D611. Period of Performance Routine service will be conducted Mon-Fri, 6 AM-3:30 PM Service will commence within 1 month of the award of this contract. This is a base plus 4 option year contract. Base POP is July 1, 2025 Jun 30, 2026 (ESTIMATED) Bid Period will open 05/15/2025 and Close on 05/29/2025 at 10:0 AM EST. Please see the attached RFQ.
Background
The Stratton VAMC's mission is to provide world-class healthcare for veterans in the capital region and upstate New York. The Stratton VAMC, located at 113 Holland Ave, Albany, NY 12208, is seeking a certified manufacturer's representative to ensure the reliability and performance of their UPS/power systems through preventive maintenance.

Work Details
The contractor will perform annual UPS/power conditioning preventive maintenance and semiannual battery preventive maintenance on two Emerson NPOWER 80KVA units installed in 2009 (with batteries replaced in 2024) located in room D611, and two APC 20KW units installed in 2010/2013 located in rooms A26/27.

The services include routine checks, diagnostics, repairs, and any necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation of the power systems.

Period of Performance
Routine service will be conducted Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3:30 PM. Service will commence within one month of the award of this contract. This is a base contract with four option years. The estimated base period of performance is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
