Background
The Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, requires STRAX/Hiperwall/Audio Visual (AV) support services. This contract aims to enhance situational awareness and operational readiness within the facility's Emergency Management program through effective maintenance and user training for their existing AV systems.

Work Details
The contractor will provide user training, system maintenance, onsite and remote service, and field exercises for the Strax Intelligence platform, Hiperwall video maintenance, and Audio Visual support. Specific tasks include:
- Onsite training for new and existing personnel, including tabletop exercises and annual drills.
- 24/7/365 remote support with onsite assistance within 24 hours.
- Emergency response on-site within 24 hours.
- Maintenance for Portable Datalink Devices (PoDD) and Autel Drones.
- Regular maintenance for Hiperwall including software updates and system optimization.
- Support for presentations and large events across all locations.
- Audio Visual support including hardware checks every quarter, teleconferencing maintenance, Direct View LED maintenance, color balancing for video walls, audio system tuning, lighting control maintenance, occupancy sensor checks, matrix switch/NVX streaming maintenance, and updates to hardware solutions.
- CyberIQ installation and support including platform provisioning and video management system monitoring.

One base year period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 followed by four one-year option periods.

Bidders must provide certifications at the time of proposal submission including: STRAX Intelligence Certified Reseller/Technician/Instructor; Hiperwall Master Level Installer; AVIXA CTS - Certified Technology Specialist; Pakedge PCNA - Pakedge Certified Network Administrator; various Crestron certifications; Autel Robotics Direct Dealer; Dejero Labs Direct Dealer. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate at least three years of specialized experience in onsite support for the STRAX platform and related AV equipment.
