Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide full-service maintenance for government-owned Reverse Osmosis Water Systems. The goal of this contract is to ensure the systems are maintained in optimal working condition through regular inspections and timely service calls.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Conducting preventative monthly maintenance inspections (PMIs) on the Reverse Osmosis Water Systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
2. Providing intervening service calls as needed to address any issues that arise between scheduled PMIs. This includes troubleshooting, repairs, and any necessary parts replacement to maintain system functionality.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year with four additional option years, allowing for continued service and maintenance throughout this period.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Dr., San Diego, CA 92161, USA.
