FY26 Service - Aqua Sciences Dialysis (Base + 4)

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing this justification for the FY26 Service - Aqua Sciences Dialysis contract. The VA's mission is to provide high-quality healthcare services to veterans, and this contract aims to ensure the continued provision of dialysis services critical for patient care.

Work Details
The contractor, Aqua Sciences, Inc., will be responsible for providing dialysis services as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The specific tasks include:

1. Delivering comprehensive dialysis treatment to patients in accordance with established medical standards.
2. Ensuring all equipment used in the dialysis process is maintained and operated safely and effectively.
3. Collaborating with VA healthcare staff to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
4. Providing training and support to VA staff on the use of dialysis equipment and protocols.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year plus four additional option years, starting from the award date of March 26, 2026.
