Background
The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking to procure Grease Trap Maintenance services. The agency's mission is to provide high-quality healthcare to veterans, and this contract aims to ensure proper maintenance of grease traps and lift stations at their facility located in Bay Pines, Florida.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, personnel, and supervision to remove grease, garbage, and sewage from seven grease traps and six lift stations at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System. The work schedule includes:

- Monthly pumping for specific buildings (e.g., Building 37 - 400 gallon lift station; Building 101 - 2000 gallon grease trap; Building 100 - two 3500 gallon grease traps).

- Quarterly pumping for other buildings (e.g., Building 102 - 400 gallon lift station; Building 46 - 2000 gallon grease trap).

- Semi-annual pumping for additional locations (e.g., Fisher House - 400 gallon lift station; Building NCA Maintenance - 400 gallon lift station).

All pumping must occur between the hours of 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. The contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all waste, ensuring that the waste hauler is permitted in Pinellas County. Documentation of disposal must be provided, including disposal site location and amount disposed. Inspections will be conducted upon completion of services to ensure acceptance by the Engineering designee.

Base year from July 24, 2026, to July 23, 2027, with four option years extending through July 23, 2031.

Bidder Requirements
