McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital and the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center located in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas respectively. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. All interested parties must be listed in the U. S. Small Business Administration s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, as of the date of quote submission and date of award. Award WILL NOT be delayed for registration. Interested parties must submit all questions concerning the solicitation, in writing, via email to linda.gates@va.gov, to be received no later than 11:30 AM CDT, Friday, March 24, 2023. Questions submitted after this date/time may not be answered.
