Background
The Central Virginia VA Health Care System is seeking a Boiler and Deaerator (DA) Tank Rental Bridge Contract for the utility plant at the Richmond VA Medical Center. The contract aims to ensure continuous operation of the facility's utility services from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026.

Work Details
The contractor will provide rental services for a trailer-mounted boiler and a mobile spray type deaerator tank. The boiler must be capable of producing 126 psi of steam and include features such as a low NOx burner, PLC-based combustion control panel, forced draft fan, safety valves, and various monitoring systems.

The deaerator tank should operate at 5-7 psi with specific temperature requirements and include all necessary mounting hardware.
