Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking maintenance services for the Powerex Air System at the San Diego VA Medical Center.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and reliability of the air system, which is critical for providing quality care to veterans.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to perform maintenance on the Powerex Air System. This includes but is not limited to:
- Routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as per manufacturer specifications.
- Troubleshooting and repair of any identified issues with the air system.
- Replacement of worn or defective parts as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
- Documentation of all maintenance activities performed, including any repairs made and parts replaced.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award but is expected to span multiple months to ensure comprehensive maintenance coverage.
