Kaeser Compressor Maintenance with 5-YR Warranty Extension INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Central VA Veteran s Health Care System, located in Richmond, VA, intends to award on sole source basis contract to Kaeser Compressors, Inc. to support a full-service contract to cover all maintenance, parts, and labor of Kaeser Compressors. The period of performance is one base year with 4-year option periods. The equipment being serviced is manufactured by Kaeser Compressors and, per the Statement of Work, it must include a 5-year warranty extension from the OEM or local authorized reseller. Currently, no authorized resellers exist to provide warranty extensions for Kaeser compressors. The award will go to Kaeser Compressors, Inc. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. As a Sole Source purchase, quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on 9/3/2023 to Satasha.Stewart@va.gov.
