Work Details
This requirement for a one-time service for the replacement of the Condensate Tank, on behalf of the Columbia Healthcare System, WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina. The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center (VAMC) is a 216-bed facility, encompassing acute medical, surgical, psychiatric, and long-term care. The hospital is located in Columbia, South Carolina and provides primary, secondary, and some tertiary care. Satellite outpatient clinics are located in Anderson, Greenville, Florence, Orangeburg, Rock Hill, Sumter, and Spartanburg, South Carolina.

The period of performance is based upon award date and shall not exceed three (3) months. Work shall be performed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Excluding weekends and all federal holidays. The work includes replacing the existing Condensate Tank and Pumps in Building 100, “F” Basement with a new skid mounted package; Fabtech duplex steam condensate receiver tank system with a new 100-gallon stainless steel tank and two (2) – three (3) horsepower pumps and new NEMA3 R control panel. The contractor shall also provide on-site training to designated subject matter expert (SME).
