Ventilation System Verification Testing and Balancing   3

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is seeking ventilation system verification testing and balancing services for the San Francisco VA Health Care System. This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of HVAC systems within the facility to support the health care mission of the VA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive services including:

1. Testing and inspection reports for Supply Fans and Exhaust Fans as listed in Table 3.5.1.

2. Preventive Maintenance reports for belts associated with belt-driven exhaust fans as detailed in Table 4.5.1.

3. Quarterly Ventilation Testing and Balancing for up to 231 rooms as specified in Table 5.4.1, with a provision for an additional 10 rooms or no more than 4% by cubic feet if necessary.

All services must comply with the latest VA HVAC Manual, and all reports generated must be provided in both electronic (Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat PDF) and hard copy formats.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on February 1, 2026, and ends on January 31, 2027, with options to extend for two additional years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the San Francisco VA Health Care Center located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121, and at Mission Bay located at 1700 Owens Street, San Francisco, CA.
