Background
The North Texas Veterans Health Care System, part of the Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking an experienced contractor to provide duct cleaning services throughout its facilities.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of HVAC and exhaust systems, which is essential for maintaining a healthy environment for veterans receiving care.
The contract includes a 1-year base period with four additional 1-year optional renewals.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, travel, and equipment necessary to clean HVAC and exhaust systems at various locations including VAMC Dallas, SRMVC Bonham, and VAMC Garland.
Specific tasks include:
- Cleaning of HVAC systems at VAMC Dallas.
- Cleaning of HVAC systems at SRMVC Bonham.
- Cleaning of HVAC systems at VAMC Garland.
- Providing duct cleaning services on an 'as needed' basis throughout the North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS), with quotes required prior to work commencement.
All work must comply with OSHA regulations and VA safety standards, including the submission of a safety plan prior to starting any work.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within the North Texas Veterans Health Care System, specifically in Dallas, Bonham, and Garland, Texas.
