Background
The East Orange VA Medical Center is currently seeking a Contractor to repair two units for the radiology (Condensing Unit) and pharmacy department Roof Top Package Unit.

Work Details
A. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following main items:

Radiology Department
1. Recover refrigerant for AHU
2. Remove two compressors, contactors and liquid line dryers
3. Replace the two (2) compressors, contactor, and line dryers
4. Evacuate system, recharge with refrigerant check for leaks.
5. Do start-up for AHU

Pharmacy Department
1. Recover refrigerant for Roof Top Package Unit
2. Remove (1) compressor, contactors, and liquid line dryers
3. Replace (1) compressor, liquid line dryers contactors,
4. Rewire controls, fuses, liquid line, control circuit breakers, condenser, fan motor,
5. Evacuate system, and recharge with R-22 refrigerant refill, check for leaks.
6. Rewire Economizer and sensor to factory specifications
7. Do start-up for AHU

Period of Performance
The estimated performance period for this requirement is 12/01/2023 through 04/30/2024.
