Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) James J. Peters VA Medical Center (JJP-VA) has a requirement for onsite maintenance and remedial repair services for Liebert Air Conditioning systems. This contract aims to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of critical cooling equipment at the medical center, supporting the VA's mission to provide high-quality care to veterans. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns.

Work Details
The contract includes comprehensive maintenance and remedial repair services covering all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, reports, and coordination necessary to maintain the Liebert Air Conditioning systems. Key tasks include:
- Preventative maintenance visits as per equipment specifications.
- On-site remedial repair service with a response time of 4 hours from the request.
- Maintenance inspections including temperature checks, electrical connection inspections, lubrication of fan bearings, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- The contractor must provide all necessary personnel and materials to perform the required work.
- A designated point of contact (POC) must be established for coordination with the government representative.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 6/1/2026 - 5/31/2027; Option 1: 6/1/2027 - 5/31/2028; Option 2: 6/1/2028 - 5/31/2029; Option 3: 6/1/2029 - 5/31/2030; Option 4: 6/1/2030 - 5/31/2031.
