Description of Services Ice Machines, Kitchen Retherm and Condensing Units Service at the New Jersey VA Healthcare System, East Orange Campus and Lyons Campus. VA New Jersey Healthcare System East Orange Campus 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018 Lyons Campus 151 Knollcroft Road Lyons, NJ 07939 ICE MACHINES: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary for all preventive maintenance required to maintain the facility Ice Machines in first-class operating condition located in East Orange Campus and Lyons Campus. Pricing includes all labor, transportation, and any equipment required. KITCHEN RETHERMS AND CONDENSING UNITS EAST ORANGE CAMPUS: Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance to maintain Aladdin Temp-Rite Cook-Chill System equipment comprised of eleven (11) 24-Shelf Remote Docking Stations; four (4) 24 Shelf CV3 Air Cooled Docking Stations; one (1) Double Remote Condensing Units; three (3) Triple Remote Condensing Units in first-class operating condition. KITCHEN RETHERMS AND CONDENSING UNITS LYONS CAMPUS: Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide full maintenance to maintain Aladdin Temp-Rite Cook-Chill System equipment comprised of (11) 24 Shelf Remote Docking Stations; All work must be in accordance with all federal and state regulations. Period of performance is estimated as: Base Period: October 1, 2020 September 30, 2021 Option Year #1: October 1, 2021 September 30, 2022 Option Year #2: October 1, 2022 September 30, 2023 Option Year #3: October 1, 2023 September 30, 2024 Solicitation will be posted after 15 Days from this notice.
