The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 4, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4), is seeking information and potential qualified sources capable of meeting the Statement of Work (SOW) for Full Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance, 24-hour Emergency Repair Services, for the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3800 Woodland Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The information identified above is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of interested parties to demonstrate that they are capable of providing the service that fulfills the required minimum specifications mentioned above.

Work Details
The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is requesting a Full Semi-Annual Preventative Maintenance, 24-Hour Emergency Repair Service and Repair Services on all VAMC Pharmaceutical Grade Refrigerators and Ice Machines. The services include initial inspection of equipment condition, preventative maintenance services, emergency repair services, other repair services, and documentation. The contractor shall perform semi-annual preventative maintenance work after regular working hours between 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday - Friday. Emergency services will be available on a 24-hour / 7 days a week schedule.
The anticipated service contract will consist of a one (1) year period of performance, with the ability to exercise four (4) individual and subsequent option years.
