In the state of Colorado, replacing a controller must be permitted. Will the government require the contractor to follow local codes and obtain a permit for replacing controllers? Work is performed for the Government and performed to all applicable codes. The Government does not obtain permits from the State of Colorado. Please Clarify under price cost schedule B.2 what Emergent or Non Emergent Repairs (not to exceed) means. What is the government looking for the contractor to bid on this line item? The total amount for these line items is a set not to exceed (NTE) amount, as detailed in Amendment 0001. 5.0 Service Calls Section d - NO OVERTIME OR TRAVEL TIME WILL BE CHARGED TO THE GOVERNMENT. All callback trouble calls and repairs will be accomplished under the basic contract at no additional cost to the government.
