Background
The solicitation is for elevator maintenance services at the Fargo VA Medical Center, which includes 24-hour elevator maintenance and inspection as defined per the Statement of Work and Maintenance Schedule. The solicitation is set-aside for Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide full maintenance to include emergency call-back service and repair, regular and systematic inspection of each of the elevators listed in the Schedule of Items, and all repairs and replacements needed to maintain the elevators. The contract also requires cleaning, lubrication, adjustment services, and monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual inspections for different types of elevators. The contractor must adhere to specific codes and standards for equipment, materials, and installations. The Price Schedule will be utilized to generate an annual cost to fulfill the requirements in the Statement of Work.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes a base period from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, with options for four additional periods through March 31, 2027.
