The Department of Veterans Affairs Dallas Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) located in Lancaster, Texas, utilizes advanced automation to produce over 112 million prescriptions annually. An integrated automated dispensing system processes high-volume mail prescription workloads, relying on production robots to place vials into totes for further processing. These robots are essential for the facility's operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform routine and preventive maintenance, emergency diagnostics, and repairs of two Mitsubishi production floor robots. Key tasks include:
- Annual preventive maintenance on two Mitsubishi Robots with associated controllers following the guidelines in the Annual Preventative Maintenance Checklist or current manufacturer procedures.
- Emergency repairs must be initiated within two hours of notification during operational hours (Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

The contractor must document all work performed and any additional concerns identified during inspections. Critical issues must be reported immediately to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). All maintenance activities must comply with OSHA standards and ensure that all parts used are new and conform to OEM specifications.

The contract will be performed as needed based on the maintenance schedule and emergency repair requests, with specific tasks scheduled within operational hours.
