Background
This solicitation is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The goal of this contract is to provide a Managed Maintenance Program for various laundry equipment used in the healthcare system, ensuring that all technical services, routine maintenance, and repairs are conducted efficiently.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide a total Managed Maintenance Program per the performance work statement (PWS) that includes but is not limited to: all technical services, routine required maintenance, and repairs on Government Owned Laundry Equipment located in the processing department, soil departments, and mechanical room equipment at the VA North Little Rock laundry facility (building 159). Specific tasks include maintenance and repair of various equipment such as E-Tech equipment, Milnor equipment, Chicago equipment, CLM equipment, Energenics equipment, McClure equipment, and Custom Industrial Products equipment.

The contractor will also manage overtime services for laundry mechanics and assistants as needed.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is five years, beginning on September 1, 2026, and ending on August 31, 2031.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System locations including John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans' Hospital in Little Rock, AR and Eugene J. Towbin VA Healthcare Center in North Little Rock, AR.
