Elevator Maintenance - Northern Indiana Healthcare System Marion and Ft. Wayne Campuses

Background
The Veteran Affairs (VA) Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS) Marion and Fort Wayne Campuses requires elevator maintenance and repair services. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, parts, equipment, supervision, and transportation to provide monthly elevator PM, Quarterly elevator PM, Semi-annual elevator PM, annual elevator PM, and monthly repair parts and services for elevators at the VANIHCS.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform various tasks including monthly elevator PM, Quarterly elevator PM, Semi-annual elevator PM, annual elevator PM, and monthly repair parts and service. The contractor shall also provide travel and transportation necessary to perform elevator maintenance and repair. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing service reports via email to the Representative (COR), notifying the COR when arriving to perform maintenance procedures, and communicating all actions regarding elevator maintenance and repair to the COR. The contractor is also required to maintain a full, legible service log in the machine room and a complete chronological file including drawings, part lists, and copies of all service reports.

The contract will be performed at the Veteran Affairs (VA) Northern Indiana Health Care System (NIHCS) Marion and Fort Wayne Campuses in Indiana.
