Background
The North Texas Veterans Health Care System (VANTHCS) Sterile Processing Service requires the purchase of the ChemDaq, Inc. Sensor Calibration Exchange Program (SXP)/Maintenance Service Program. The purpose of this contract is to constantly maintain gas monitoring equipment with freshly calibrated sensors quarterly to provide a continuous safe environment for personnel. The contractor will also provide unlimited tech support, free repairs, or replace all hardware at no cost. Software updates as they become available, free loaner units to minimize downtime. Receive free overnight shipping for loaner units and free shipping for any new or replacement part.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver all items listed below for VANTHCS Sterile Processing Service at 4500 Lancaster Rd., Dallas, Texas 75216.
The contract includes the delivery of Steri-Trac 2 (One Year Sensor Usage for H2O2 and PAA) and Steri-Trac 2 Extended Warranty for specific periods.
The work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:00pm, and VA observed Federal Holidays are specified.
The C&A requirements do not apply to this service requirement, and a Security Accreditation Package is not required.
Contractor personnel will have NO access to VA sensitive information in their work/service area.

Period of Performance
The contract period includes the base period from 05/15/2023 to 05/14/2024 and option years from 05/15/2024 to 05/14/2028.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Dallas VA Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Road, Dallas, TX 75216.
