Generator and Fuel Maintenance   4

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing this contract to obtain essential maintenance and testing services for emergency power generators and fuel storage systems at the Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Fort Thomas Domiciliary.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of power generation and fuel systems critical to the facilities' operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for on-site maintenance, inspection, testing, major service, and load bank testing for six (6) emergency power generators.

Additionally, the contractor will conduct fuel quality testing and maintenance for seven (7) underground fuel storage tanks and six (6) day tanks. These tasks are crucial for maintaining compliance with safety standards and ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year with four (4) one-year option periods, allowing for continued service as determined by the Government.

Place of Performance
Cincinnati Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH 45219; Fort Thomas Domiciliary, Fort Thomas, KY.

Bidder Requirements
This opportunity is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSBC).
