3. Documentation: Create service/work tickets for each task performed detailing equipment serviced and work completed.
4. Compliance with safety regulations including OSHA standards and VAMC policies regarding safety practices.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base year with options for additional years as specified in the solicitation. Major preventive maintenance activities must be conducted within thirty days of initial award and annually thereafter.
