Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk is issuing this solicitation for a single firm-fixed-price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide Small Craft Maintenance and Upgrade Support Services.

The goal of this contract is to support the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) in maintaining and upgrading their fleet of small crafts, which are essential for their operations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform maintenance and upgrades on Hydrographic Survey Launches (HSLs) and other small crafts.

Specific tasks include: inspecting, testing, repairing, and installing equipment related to main diesel engines, outboard engines, generators, boat electrical systems, marine electronic systems, propulsion systems, steering systems, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, air conditioning systems, freshwater systems, toilet systems, exhaust systems, flotation systems, motion stabilization systems, and safety equipment.

The contractor must ensure access to NAVOCEANO boats at their facility daily from 0700 to 1700. The contractor will also be responsible for providing technical data and materials as needed for the maintenance tasks.

Period of Performance
The base ordering period will commence on July 1, 2025 and conclude on June 30, 2030. An option ordering period may extend from July 1, 2030 to December 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the contractor's facility located within one hundred nautical miles of Pass Christian Harbor, MS.
