Amendment 0001 dated 8 June 2016 (attached) 1. The purpose of this amendment is to make corrections to clause L-317 (1) Delete reference to a fourth (4) volume to the offer. (2) Delete additional language from 1.0 Volume 1 - Offer Section A and update Section C, and make a change to clause M-307 3.0 Oral Presentations deleting the following sentence "The Government recommends the Oral Presentation team consist of a Program Manager; a Software Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Security Engineer and a Lifecycle Logistician."Amendment 0001 incorporates corrections to clauses L-317 and M-307 (see Amended RFP for details) and 2. The closing date and time of this solicitation remains unchanged. ______________________________________________________________________ The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-16-R-0019 for the award of a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract to provide Test and Evaluation (T&E) support, independent verification and validation (IV&V), configuration management (CM), software quality assurance (QA), website maintenance, and support services in support of Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) Systems Center (SSC) Pacific Command Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) programs and Software Support Activity (SSA). The prospective contract will have a two year base period with three one-year option periods. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 957,840 hours. This is a 100% small business set-aside competition, anticipated to result in the award of a multiple award contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330.
