Background
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) is issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vehicle maintenance and repair services across Region 4, which includes multiple states and territories. The goal of this BPA is to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repair of vehicles used by FWS staff, thereby supporting their mission to manage and protect fish, wildlife, and their habitats.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts for vehicles as requested by FWS staff. This includes diagnosing malfunctions, providing estimates prior to work commencement, and obtaining approval before proceeding with repairs. Services may be conducted in-shop or in the field. Specific tasks include:
- Associated travel for repairs/maintenance/diagnostics
- Fluid services
- Filtration services
- Electronics
- Coolant systems
- Hydrostatic systems
- Steering/brake components
- Engine/powertrain maintenance/repairs
- Paint/body work
- Glass replacement
- Undercarriage maintenance
- Any other operating system on equipment not listed above. Additionally, the BPA allows for the purchase of repair/replacement parts necessary for these services.

Period of Performance
The BPA will be effective for a period of 10 years from the date of award, with individual calls made as needed throughout this duration.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Region 4, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and the U.S. Virgin Islands or within 150 miles of where the vehicle is located.
