Background
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in Region 4, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that all heavy equipment used by FWS staff is properly maintained and repaired to support their mission.

Work Details
The vendor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, and personnel to perform maintenance, repairs, and replacement of parts as requested by FWS staff. This includes diagnosing malfunctions and providing estimates prior to work commencement.

- Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Preventative maintenance
- Mobile maintenance services
- Fluid services
- Filtration services
- Electronics repair
- Coolant systems
- Hydrostatic system maintenance
- Steering/brake component repairs
- Engine/powertrain maintenance
- Drive train services
- Paint/body work
- Glass replacement
- Undercarriage repairs
- Diagnostics and inspections (annual or as required)
- Parts associated with maintenance/repair
- Labor for mobile mechanics including site repairs and hazardous waste disposal.

Equipment covered includes backhoes, dozers, agricultural tractors, excavators, skid steers, loaders, specialty equipment (e.g., marsh master), motor graders, mulchers, and various motorized equipment like boat motors and generators. The vendor must provide licensed/certified technicians to ensure warranty compliance.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this BPA is 10 years from the date of award.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed in Region 4 locations including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
