Region 4 - Heavy Equipment Repair Maintenance BPA Setup
Region 4 -Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands
Repairs/Maintenance/Diagnostics to include, but are not limited to the following:
-Associated travel for: Repairs/Maintenance/Diagnostics
-Fluid services
-Filtration services
-Electronics
-Coolant systems
-Hydrostatic System
-Steering/Brake components
-Engine/Powertrain maintenance/repairs
-Paint/body
-Glass
-Undercarriage
-If not listed above, any operating system on Heavy Equipment.
-Purchase of repair/replacement parts for maintenance and repair
-Pumps, Generators, and Boats are also included
Vendor needs to submit:
1. Signed form 1449 from the solicitation packet with filled out CAGE code
2. A statement that confirms that the vendor can perform equipment repair/maintenance and has certified mechanics.
3. A hourly labor rate for in shop equipment repair. The Respondent may also provide an hourly labor rate for other items such as but not limited to: performing diagnostics, travel to customer site, and on-site repair.
Background
The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service is issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Heavy Equipment Maintenance and Repair services across Region 4, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment used by the agency to fulfill its mission of conserving fish and wildlife resources.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance and repair services for heavy equipment including trucks, cranes, pumps, generators, and other machinery. Services include but are not limited to:

- Associated travel for repairs/maintenance/diagnostics
- Fluid services
- Filtration services
- Electronics
- Coolant systems
- Hydrostatic systems
- Steering/brake components
- Engine/powertrain maintenance/repairs
- Paint/body work
- Glass replacement
- Undercarriage work
- Any operating system on heavy equipment not specifically listed.

The vendor must diagnose malfunctions and provide estimates before proceeding with repairs. Work can be performed in-shop or on-site as requested by refuge staff. Additionally, the BPA allows for the purchase of repair/replacement parts necessary for maintenance and repair.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this BPA is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2035.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Region 4 or within 150 miles of where the equipment is physically located.
