Red Rock Potable Water Line Repair

Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Nevada State Office is issuing this solicitation for the repair of a leaking potable water pipeline at the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area (RRC) Visitor Center Complex. The mission of the BLM is to manage public lands for multiple uses while ensuring the health of the environment. This contract aims to address a leak in a 2-inch diameter PVC pipeline that supplies water to restroom facilities, which has been observed to cause minor surface water accumulations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for locating and repairing a leaking 2-inch diameter potable water pipeline serving a restroom facility at the RRC Visitor Center Complex. The work includes:
- Inspecting and assessing the existing pipeline condition.
- Performing necessary excavation to access the pipeline.
- Repairing or replacing sections of the pipeline as needed to ensure proper function.
- Conducting tests post-repair to confirm that the leak has been effectively addressed.
- Final cleanup of the work area after completion of repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from September 11, 2025, to October 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
