Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting proposals for Operations & Maintenance services at the Wilkes-Barre Direct Operations Center (WBDOC), located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The agency will utilize the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation 12 and 15 to establish this contract.

Work Details
The contract requires a transition period of sixty days from contract award to start date. It includes services such as mechanical services, installation of data lines, carpet removal and installation, painting, electrical work, and optional additional supplies/services. The contract also includes optional sustaining maintenance projects for government interior alterations, modifications, or changes not required under additional services.
