Procurement for the maintenance and repair of Peri

Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) has a need for reoccurring maintenance and repair of uninterruptable power systems (UPS). The contractor shall complete all work the attached statement of work (SOW). The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotation due date to Friday, 09/23/2022 at 3:00 pm (EDT) and remove the small business set-aside.

Work Details
The contractor shall include in their quote submissions a fixed hourly rate for the three labor CLIN items for the base and all option years. The contractor shall utilize this hourly rate for any required repairs. Prices must include a breakdown of hourly rates, level of effort, and material costs. Completed copy of Attachment 3 – 28321322Q00000248_LineItems. Provide certification to work on the Schneider Galaxy VX UPS N+ 1 (Model: GVX11500KD). If you do not have certification, provide a letter that you can source the proprietary parts from Schneider Electric. A past performance record that is at least satisfactory is required.

Period of Performance
Base Year - 09/30/2022 to 09/29/2023, Option YR 1 - 09/30/2023 to 09/29/2024, Option YR 2 - 09/30/2024 to 09/29/2025, Option YR 3 - 09/30/2025 to 09/29/2026, Option YR 4 - 09/30/2026 to 09/29/2027, and a 6-Month Option to Extend services – 09/30/2028 to 03/30/2028.
