PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nashville District US Army Corps of Engineers is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB), W912P521B0006, for one (1) firm-fixed price requirements contract. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, supervision, inspection, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, tool related hardware, equipment, transportation, vehicles, and fuel except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing, cleaning, janitorial, and other maintenance services at the J. Percy Priest Lake project recreation areas, in Nashville, Tennessee. The anticipated contract will have a Base Year plus four (4) one-year options for a total of five (5) years if all options were to be exercised.

NAICS CODE AND SBA SIZE STANDARD: 561210 Facilities Support Services, Size Standard - $41.5 million

TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100% Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside
