To operate, during certain shifts, a fully functional High Pressure (15 PSI and greater) Boiler Plant with all the associated equipment to produce and distribute high pressure steam at the Social Security Administration Headquarters. Coverage to include various rotating shifts which includes days, evenings, and nights as well as weekdays and weekends (to include Holidays).

Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting proposals for Operations & Maintenance for Boiler Support services at SSA's Headquarters Main Complex located at 6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland 21235. Capable and responsible small businesses are invited to review the documents herein and provide a proposal by the date identified in Block 8 of this form.

Work Details
The Contractor shall operate, during certain shifts, a fully functional High Pressure (15 PSI and greater) Boiler Plant with all the associated equipment to produce and distribute high pressure steam at the Social Security Administration Headquarters. Coverage to include various rotating shifts which includes days, evenings, and nights as well as weekdays and weekends (to include Holidays). The Contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of all services described herein.

Period of Performance
Transition Period: 06/16/2024 to 07/31/2024; Base Year: 08/01/2024 to 07/31/2025; Option Year I: 08/01/2025 to 07/31/2026; Option Year II: 08/01/2026 to 07/31/2027; Option Year III: 08/01/2027 to 07/31/2028; Option Year IV: 08/01/2028 to 07/31/2029; Option to Extend Services: 08/01/2029 to 01/31/2030
