Description

This serves as a pre-solicitation announcement for anticipated solicitation, N66001-16-R- 0156, Net-Centric C4ISR Shore Platform Integration and Systems Engineering. The Department of Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), anticipates releasing the RFP on or around 31 March 2016. An RFI supporting this acquisition was previously conducted under N66001-15-R-0156. This procurement will use full and open competition with reserve awards for small business concerns. The procurement is anticipated to result in a Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Cost Reimbursement contract.
