NCAO SONTEK METER CALIBRATION AND REPAIR SERVICE Base + 4

Title of the requirement: YSI Incorporated, SonTek Meter Calibration and Repair Service The US Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a time and materials purchase order on a sole source basis to YSI Incorporated for the calibration and repair of existing SonTek Meters in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The award will be base year and 4 option years for a total of 5 years. YSI Incorporated is the manufacturer of SonTek meters and maintains the only authorized repair facility in the United States. This requirement is to test, repair and calibrate existing SonTek Meters owned by the Bureau of Reclamation, Northern California Area Office. Firms believing they can provide the items listed above must provide written notice to the Contracting Officer and will provide evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the respondent s ability to meet the stated requirement. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall be emailed to the Government point of contact listed below by July 23, 2018. Responses shall include the firm s Dun and Bradstreet number and Tax Identification Number. Firms shall identify their business size (small, other than small, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS code 334513 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
