MBIC BOILER REPLACEMENT
Background
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office, is issuing a solicitation for the MBIC Boiler Replacement project located at the Upper Missouri Breaks National Monument Interpretive Center in Fort Benton, Montana.

The goal of this contract is to replace the existing Patterson Kelly MACH C-450 boiler with a new boiler that meets current LEED efficiencies and standards. This project is part of BLM's commitment to maintaining and improving its facilities to ensure they meet modern efficiency standards.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and tools necessary for the removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing boiler.

5) Compliance with relevant codes including NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), IMC (International Mechanical Code), IPC (International Plumbing Code), and IFGC (International Fuel Gas Code). The contractor must also ensure that all personnel are experienced in this type of work and that all installations meet or exceed specified performance standards.

The construction projects will be performed at the Upper Missouri Breaks National Monument Interpretive Center located at 701 7th Street, Fort Benton, Montana.
