The object of this sole source award to ILLUMINA, INC., is for preventive maintenance and repair service for 7500 Real Time PCR Systems, Quant studio 6 Pro Real Time PCR System, and Attune NXT 1 Laser Flow Cytometer for a base period and up to one option year subject to the availability of funds (SAF). Market research determined that Life Technologies Corporation is the original and exclusive manufacturer of the identified instruments and retains the intellectual property rights to the proprietary software, diagnostic tools, service tools, and technical information required to maintain and service them.
The anticipated award date is August 31, 2026.
This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
