This future opportunity notice is to advise industry that as a result of themarket survey (MKTSVY_6F5CE), SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic (SSC-LANT) intendsto issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Integrated Command and Control(C2) technical engineering support services, program management, integratedlogistics support, configuration and data management support, direct customersupport, and security engineering support for various command and control ITsystems and networks at various operation centers, command centers, andheadquarters worldwide as a full and open competition. Places of performance include Charleston, SC, Norfolk, Va, Washington, DC,and San Diego, CA. NOTE REGARDING SYNOPSIS: This synopsis is for information and planningpurposes ONLY and is not to be construed as a commitment by theGovernment. This is NOT a solicitation announcement. The applicable North AmericanIndustry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330 with a size standard of$27M. A full and open competitive, multiple award, cost-plus-fixed-fee,performance based, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract (withprovisions for firm fixed price orders) is anticipated, with a one (1) yearbaseperiod to be followed by two (2) one-year option periods. This is a paritalfollow-on to L-3 Communications/Titan Corp. contract, N65236-04-D-6842. The projected date for Request for Proposals (RFP) release is on or before 30June 2011.
